Plot Synopsis

Based on the books by James Gurney. After a plane crash, two American teenaged boys find themselves castaways on the lost continent of Dinotopia, where humans and dinosaurs peacefully co-exist. As they adjust to their strange new world they learn that the sunstones, a force of life for Dinotopia, are mysteriously failing and Dinotopia may soon be plunged into darkness and chaos. In order to save their new home from destruction the boys must journey to the World Beneath, a dangerous territory forbidden to all the continent's inhabitants.
