Plot Synopsis

Executive produced by Ciara and hosted by Nick Lachey, AMERICA'S MOST MUSICAL FAMILY is a one-hour competetion series that features 30 family bands who compete in front of panel of three celebrity judges -- Ciara, Debbie Gibson, and David Dobrik -- as these musical acts vie for a recording contract with Republic Records and a $250,000 cash prize. The talented and diverse families include two or more relatives who perform together -- ranging from a father/daughter duo, sibling groups and a 12-member multigenerational brass ensemble. Season 1 includes 12 hour-long episodes and one half-hour special.

AMERICA'S MOST MUSICAL FAMILY premiered on Friday, November 1, 2019 at 7pm ET/PT on Nickelodeon, with a simulcast on BET, MTV, MTV2, Nicktoons, Paramount Network, TeenNick, TV Land, VH1, and Nick Jr. The series kicks off with the following five family bands ready to battle it out with their very own take on hit songs: Nashville, Tennessee's eight-member group The Rees Family ("Walking on Sunshine"); New Jersey's band of brothers, Wanmor, whose father is Wanye from Boyz II Men ("It's So Hard to Say Goodbye to Yesterday"); from Rancho Santa Margarita, California, harmonizing sisters and human beat box brother Juat Sibs ("Honeymoon Avenue"); brother-and-sister duo Juna N Joey from West Palm Beach, Florida ("Beautiful Crazy"); and San Jacinto, California's sibling quartet The Mitchells ("We Got the Beat").
On Friday, January 17, 2020 from 7-9pm ET/PT, Nickelodeon premiered the season finale of AMERICA'S MOST MUSICAL FAMILY, debuting back-to-back new episodes:

"Finals (Part 3)" (7pm): Four family bands perform, but only three move on to the final round. Special guest appearance by Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz and guest performance by Blanco Brown.

"Finale" (8pm): The top three family bands perform for the show's celebrity judges Ciara, David Dobrik and Debbie Gibson, and live studio audience, but only one will become America's Most Musical Family!
