Plot Synopsis

BARONESS VON SKETCH SHOW is an all-female, single-camera sketch comedy series that celebrates the absurd, mines the embarrassing and satirizes our daily lives. The show is performed and written by Meredith MacNeill and award-winning Second City alumni Carolyn Taylor, Aurora Browne and Jennifer Whalen. The show's all-female cast draws upon 15 years of comedy experience and multiple collaborations to present an insightful, emotionally grounded series that captures the banalities and humor that comes from just trying to get along in the world. Offering a witty take on everyday concerns from the pretentiousness of ordering a fancy coffee to office and sexual politics, this satirical sketch comedy satirizes daily modern life.

For its U.S. premiere, IFC will air 13 episodes of Seasons 1 & 2 of the half-hour comedy series beginning Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at 10pm ET/PT. Six weeks later -- on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 -- at 11pm ET/PT, IFC aired the U.S. premiere of the second season of BARONESS VON SKETCH SHOW. The season opener, "It Satisfies on a Very Basic Level," touches on these topics: how to be single after the apocalypse; the ultimate birth plan; an unhappy police officer.

Season 3 of BARONESS VON SKETCH SHOW had its U.S. premiere on Wednesday, November 8, 2018 from 9-10pm ET/PT on IFC with back-to-back episodes. The remaining episodes of the 10-episode third season debut weekly, with episodes airing two at a time Thursdays starting at 9pm.
On Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at Midnight ET/PT, IFC aired the U.S. premiere of BARONESS VON SKETCH SHOW's fourth season, debuting back-to-back new episodes:

"Humanity Is in an Awkward Stage" (Midnight): A message to extraterrestrials; sending nudes; every office needs a hub.

"Something for Daddy" (12:30am): Living without regret; the power of the placenta; everyone has a podcast.

Back-to-back episodes premiere each Wednesday at Midnight, through November 27 -- all written and performed by Carolyn Taylor, Meredith MacNeill, Aurora Browne and Jennifer Whalen.
