Plot Synopsis

BELOW DECK SAILING YACHT is a one-hour reality series that follows the captain and crew of the 180-foot-long sailing yacht Parsifal III, as they serve demanding charter guests looking to follow the wind as they cruise along the crystal-clear blue waters of Corfu, Greece. Parsifal's existing crew -- Captain Glenn Shephard and yachtie couple Paget Berry (First Mate) and Ciara Duggan (Deckhand) -- are joined for the charter season by Chef Adam Glick, Jenna MacGillivray (Chief Stewardess), Byron Hissey (Chief Engineer), Madison Stalker (2nd Stewardess), Georgia Grobler (3rd Stewardess), and Parker McCown (Deckhand). When the sails are up, the crew's already difficult job gets tougher as they must contend with maneuvering the sails in high winds and adapting to the steep tilt of the boat, all while troubleshooting the needs of the guests and any issues that may arise. Constantly at the whim of the wind, it's a sailing lover's paradise and getting there is part of the fun as they visit the colossal cliffs, explore the breathtaking sites and the beaches in the sun-drenched Ionian Sea. The physicality of working on a sailing yacht brings new challenges to these young, attractive and adventurous yachties who are ready to work hard and play harder. Below deck, tensions between the crew are amplified by the conditions of working aboard a sailing yacht which has a sleeker design than their motor yacht counterparts, with a smaller galley, almost non-existent stew stations and cramped living quarters. And while two yachties start a roller coaster romance so intense that it might sink the yacht, resident couple Paget and Ciara's existing relationship gets pushed to new boundaries. In the series opener, "Holy Ship! We're Sailing!" for the first time ever, Paget and Ciara find themselves working in the same department. And with the boat in total disarray, tensions between the old and new crew begin to simmer as they hustle to get ready for their first charter of the season.

The sophomore season of BELOW DECK SAILING YACHT premiered on Monday, March 1, 2021 from 9-10:15pm ET/PT on Bravo. The stakes are high as Captain Glenn Shephard puts his trust in an all-new crew as they sail along the sparkling coast of Croatia to provide an unforgettable, luxurious experience for the guests and their over-the-top requests. This season, Captain Glenn is joined by chef Natasha De Bourg, chief stew Daisy Kelliher, chief engineer Colin Macrae, first mate Gary King, second stew Dani Soares, third stew Alli Dore and deckhands Sydney Zaruba and Jean-Luc Cerza Lanaux. When the chief stew and chef discover they're on different pages, mistrust and miscommunication makes for an extremely volatile working relationship that impacts everyone on board. As department heads undermine each other's authority, arguments trickle down the chains of command as tension reaches an all-time high between the interior and exterior teams. With new safety protocols in place, the crew must stay on the yacht in between charters, blurring the lines professionally and personally, leading to a boat-load of nauti-yachties. In the 75-minute season opener, "Running on Fumes," the first charter gets rocky when the guests get in a drunken personal fight; the next morning, the guests' excitement to sail puts Daisy and Natasha at odds over serving breakfast on heel; Jean-Luc realizes he may have lost two guests at sea.

On Monday, February 21, 2022 from 8-9:15pm ET/PT, Bravo premiered the third season of BELOW DECK SAILING YACHT. Sailing the sparkling waters of Menorca, Spain, Captain Glenn Shephard is back aboard Parsifal III, reuniting with last season's chief stew Daisy Kelliher, chief engineer Colin MacRae and first mate Gary King. Rounding out the crew are fresh faces chef Marcos Spaziani, second stew Gabriela Barragan, third stew Ashley Marti and deckhands Kelsie Goglia and Tom Pearson. This season, Gary and Daisy leave their contentious dynamic behind as they bring their relationship into uncharted waters. Meanwhile, Daisy's desire for smooth sailing with her team is endangered as resentments between the stews emerge and threaten the hierarchy of the boat. In the galley, chef Marcos strives for the same standard of excellence he is accustomed to on land but is pushed to his limits to sustain that at sea. With a twisted love pentagon, a litany of gruesome injuries and a dangerous, potentially vessel-crippling accident that threatens the safety of everyone on board, this is Parsifal III's most epic charter season yet. In the 75-minute season opener, "Tom Foolery," Captain Glenn is back on board Parsifal III, sailing the Balearic Island of Menorca with some familiar faces -- Daisy, Gary, and Colin. New to the team, Chef Marcos knows he has to make this season memorable for the guests.

Season 4 of BELOW DECK SAILING YACHT premiered on Monday, April 10, 2023 at 8pm ET/PT on Bravo. Returning this season are Capt. Glenn Shephard and veteran department heads Daisy Kelliher (Chief Stew), Gary King (First Mate) and Colin MacRae (Chief Engineer), and they are joined by these new crew members: Chef Ileisha Dell, stews Lucy Edmunds and Mads Herrera and deckhands Chase Lemacks and Alex Propson. This season, Capt. Glenn and his comeback team Daisy Kelliher, Gary King and Colin MacRae resume their responsibilities aboard Parsifal III, along with new, dynamic crew members, as they set sail in Sardinia, Italy. Capt. Glenn realizes that his laid-back leadership style has allowed his crew to become too comfortable and starts taking charge of quality control in the interior department, much to Daisy's dismay. In the galley, Chef Ileisha's cooking impresses the guests, but her indecisiveness and co-dependency lead to time-management issues between courses, which causes her to self-destruct. On deck, strong personalities collide, and a power struggle results in a near mutiny, as Gary clashes with his new overconfident deckhand, Chase. Two overlapping love triangles further complicate the dynamics on-board, and a shocking hookup puts Colin, Daisy and Gary's friendship in jeopardy. With a near collision, fire, crew rebellion, gruesome guest injury and two different potentially season-ending engine failures, this is the most captivating and unpredictable season yet.
