BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE is a docuseries that follows Will Smith, as he embarks on a quest lose 20lbs in 20 weeks -- all while finishing his his memoir. But he quickly hits a turning point that he didn't see coming, as he is pushed to his limits physically, mentally, and emotionally. What starts as a docu-follow about Will's desire to go from the "worst shape" of his life to a new movie star body evolved into a deeper, darker and more profound journey into Will's psyche. Instead, Will finds himself questioning the very behaviors that have led to his success -- and ultimately it's on this search where his healing can begin. The first two episodes dropped on Monday, November 8, 2021 at Noon ET/9am PT on YouTube, with a new installment debuting each weekday through Friday, November 12.
