Plot Synopsis

CUSTOMER WARS is a half-hour docuseries that spotlights the conflicts that arise when disgruntled and irrational customers come face to face with the employees doing their best to take care of their needs -- from fiery exchanges at the fast-food drive thru to loss-prevention brawls. In the series opener, "Everything Must Go," a woman vandalizes a New Jersey convenience store by randomly sweeping items off the shelves; a rideshare driver in Florida is pushed to the brink by a rude and unsanitary rider.

The sophomore season of CUSTOMER WARS debuted with back-to-back new episodes on Tuesday, June 6, 2023 from 9-10pm ET/PT on A&E. In the season opener, "Rage Against the Rideshare Driver" (9pm), a stubborn moviegoer refuses to give up his seat, causing employees to stop the movie and intervene; a woman throws a tantrum -- and a water bottle -- after being ordered off a flight for not complying with the airline's pet policy; in Las Vegas, a rideshare driver is unexpectedly attacked by seven passengers; at a marijuana dispensary shop in Ontario, Canada, an employee fights off three masked robbers...with a bong; and a customer smashes a glass bottle over the head of an employee during a fight at a fast food restaurant in Corpus Christi, Texas. In the night's second episode, "Mid-Air Scare" (9:30pm, a plate shatters on a woman's face during a brawl over restaurant seating. A man wreaks havoc in a video game store over their return policy; a delivery driver falls into a 13 foot septic hole while attempting to deliver a package; a passenger on a flight to Boston begins acting erratically and starts making his way toward the cockpit; a fast food worker throws a pair of scissors at a customer after he inquires about his late order; and a department store employee quits his job over the store's PA system, and then skates out on his roller shoes.

Season 3 of CUSTOMER WARS premiered on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 with back-to-back new episodes from 10-11pm ET/PT on A&E. In the season opener, "Can't Fight This Ceiling" (10pm), in Las Vegas, a rideshare driver and passenger get into a heated altercation over an alleged door slam. In Akron, Ohio, a cashier lifts her shirt and flashes a customer mid-argument. A young lady in England throws a milkshake at a car she was just paid to wash. A woman falls through the ceiling of a convenience store in Canada. In Houston, Texas, a woman stands in a sports stadium parking space in an attempt to reserve her spot. In Knoxville, Tennessee, a passenger attempts to rob a Taxi driver at gunpoint. At a superstore in Alabama, a pregnant woman shopping with her husband shocks him with a special request. Then, in the night's second episode, "Too Hot to Handle" (10:30pm), In Orlando, FL a passenger makes a scene in the aisle after being asked to leave the plane. A pickup truck at a drive thru window suddenly becomes engulfed by flames. Two men in an Oklahoma hair salon come to blows over some allegedly offensive comments. In Wisconsin, a man walks into a jewelry store with a brick and attempts to smash a display case. A delivery worker in New York has to think quickly to hide a surprise package for a homeowner. A bus driver and passenger get into a violent confrontation in North Carolina. In California, an angry customer demanding a double toasted bagel inspires a creative reaction from another patron.

On Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at 10pm ET/PT, A&E premiered "Homeowner vs. Handyman," the Season 3 finale of CUSTOMER WARS. In Coram, New York, a homeowner confronts a handyman over his allegedly unsatisfactory work. On a train in Oakland, California, a heated argument between two women spins out of control. In the Florida Everglades, an alligator handler's routine goes very wrong. At a cinema in the Philippines, a malfunctioning sprinkler system causes a large portion of the ceiling to fall down on an unsuspecting crowd.
