Plot Synopsis

EXTREME FACTORIES travels across America, taking tours of factories. Each 60-minute episode features three manufacturing plants, including: Ford Auto (Dearborn, MI), which builds multiple car models; Trek Bicycle (Waterloo, WI), which creates hand-crafted, carbon-fiber bicycles; Chris Craft (Sarasota, FL), which crafts fiberglass boats; Chrysler's Jefferson North (Detroit, MI), which assembles Jeep Grand Cherokees; Ping (Phoenix, AZ), which forges golf clubs; and Oregon Freeze Dry (Albany, OR), the largest food freeze dryer.
