Plot Synopsis

Designer Nicole Facciuto and chef Eric Greenspan collaborate with a conspiring family member to surprise a frustrated amateur chef with a dream kitchen. In each episode, Nicole and Eric design a brand-new kitchen while workers demolish the existing culinary workspace. At the end, the homeowner gets an incredible reveal of a beautifully designed, fully functional dream kitchen worthy of a gourmet chef. Since IKEA is a sponsor, its products and solutions -- including countertops, cabinetry, and energy efficient appliances -- are integrated into each episode. Chef Greenspan joined the program as a host in the second season, after a different celebrity chef -- Lidia Bastianich, Graham Elliot, Georges Perrier, Marcus Samuelsson, Charlie Trotter, and Ming Tsai -- was featured in each episode of Season 1.
