Plot Synopsis

Each weeknight (Mon-Fri 10pm ET/7pm PT with most Wed shows at Midnight ET/9pm PT), sports veteran Chris Myers hosts this one-hour live program from the Fox Network Studios in Los Angeles. Myers is joined by one or two analysts -- from a group that includes former Major League Baseball (MLB) players Frank Thomas, Eric Karros, Gabe Kapler, and C.J. Nitkowski -- to show quick-turnaround highlights of in-progress MLB games, while discussing the day's news and analyzing transactions, strategies, and situations.
