Plot Synopsis

Using first-person interviews and dramatic re-enactments, MONSTRESSES recounts the salacious stories of cheating men and their out-of-control mistresses, showing how some attractions can be fatal when a mistress turns into a monstress. Each 60-minute episode features the stories of two mistresses, including: 32-year-old Diana Haun, a supermarket clerk in Ventura County, CA, who thought she found her soul mate, co-worker Michael Dally, so they bludgeoned his wife with an ax and stabbed her with a knife -- both Diana and Michael were sentenced to life in prison without parole; a mistress sex slave in North Port, FL, who went off the rails when her when her master of 13 years tried to leave her for good; 17-year old Katie Belflower, a high-school student in Livermore, CA, who was having an affair with Mike Simons, the husband of her classmate Jenna Nannetti, so they worked with friend Jeff Hamilton to kill Jenna over her $100,000 life-insurance policy; 35-year old Brandita Taliano, a woman who worked the streets of Los Angeles, who became the full-time mistress of Dennis Dawley, so they bludgeoned his wife, Joan, to acquire her assets -- two homes, various life insurance policies and a cash inheritance exceeding $100,000; and many more women caught up in scandalous affairs with deadly consequences.
