Plot Synopsis

In this animated series, Polly Pamplemousse is the eight-year-old owner of four talking hamsters who have birthmarks called Zhu Zhus. Each hamster is a different color, has its own personality, and has a uniquely shaped Zhu Zhu: the adventurous Pipsqueak has a shooting star birthmark; Mr. Squiggles, with a spiral Zhu Zhu, is smart and resourceful; Num Nums has a heart, indicative of her cautious and caring nature; and the strong and stylish Chunk has a sun birthmark. Together, this quintet go on adventures in Anytown, such as getting lost in the woods after returning a skunk to nature or sneaking into the grocery store after being told not to enter.
