Plot Synopsis

REEL LIFE profiles the lives, careers and movies of legendary celebrities and iconic movie characters, using candid interviews with friends, family members, co-stars, co-workers, and the person being profiled. The premiere episode highlighted the vulnerable and seductive Marilyn Monroe, with: co-stars and contemporaries such as Mitzi Gaynor and George Hamilton sharing their experiences; photographers Lawrence Schiller and George Barris revealing intimate memories of their famous photo shoots; Hugh Hefner showing the sex symbol side of the actress; and current stars, such as MY WEEK WITH MARILYN's Michelle Williams and SMASH's duo Katharine McPhee and Megan Hilty, who discuss portraying Marilyn on screen. Subsequent episodes featured the lives of Clint Eastwood, movie icon James Bond, and more. As of July 2012, "Dayna Devon is not yet confirmed as host for the next two episodes (Clint Eastwood and James Bond)" after "REEL LIFE: Marilyn Monroe," according to ReelzChannel.
