Plot Synopsis

Hosted by automotive expert and builder Bryan Fuller, SWAP MEET SHOWDOWN highlights many of the hidden gems within a swap meet and showcases exactly how one can complete a build by simply scouring the swap area for select pieces and parts. During each half-hour episode, two teams of builders are tasked with building a motorized machine only using parts from the swap meet. On Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at 10:30pm ET/PT, Velocity premiered the pilot, but the cable channel had no other episodes on its schedule at that time. The pilot featured Team Fuller squaring off against Team Carlisle at the 2016 Spring Carlisle Collector Car Swap Meet and Corral, which began April 20, 2016 at the Carlisle, Pennsylvania Fairgrounds. Team Fuller included Atlanta builders Wes Hines, Derek R Kimes, Jesse Spade and Austin Peters from Fuller Moto.
