Plot Synopsis

Co-founded by Napheesa Collier and Breanna Stewart, Unrivaled Basketball is a 3-on-3 women's professional basketball league that is built in collaboration with the sport's biggest stars. Play-by-play announcer Brendan Glasheen and analysts Lisa Leslie and Sarah Kustok provide game commentary throughout Unrivaled's inaugural season, joined by a rotation of veteran reporters including Taylor Rooks, Allie LaForce, Stephanie Ready, and Ros Gold-Onwude. Live game coverage originates from Unrivaled's facilities in Miami.

Opening night featured Napheesa Collier and the Lunar Owls Basketball Club facing Breanna Stewart and the Mist Basketball Club at 7pm ET on Friday, January 17, 2025, followed by Angel Reese and the Rose Basketball Club taking on Reese's former head coach Teresa Weatherspoon, Arike Ogunbowale and the Vinyl Basketball Club at 8pm ET, with both games televised live on TNT and truTV and streamed on Max.

On Monday, March 17, 2025 TNT and truTV from 7:30-8:45pm ET/4:30-5:45pm PT aired live coverage from Wayfair Arena in Miami, FL, where Vinyl Basketball Club faced Rose Basketball Club in Unrivaled Basketball's inaugural championship. In the semifinals the day before, Rose defeated Laces (63-57) and Vinyl stunned the previously undefeated Owls (73-70) to advance to the finals. Play-by-play announcer Brendan Glasheen and analysts Lisa Leslie and Sarah Kustok continue as the game crew.
