Plot Synopsis

One hundred contestants in top physical shape compete in a series of grueling challenges to claim the honor -- and cash reward -- as the last one standing. The series opens with the contestants arriving one by one into a room filled with plastic torsos of their competitors. After the first challenge, which tests their basic physical abilities, the contestants pair off and go head-to-head in the next round -- with each bout's loser going home. PHYSICAL: 100 premiered on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 on Netflix, as the streaming service released the first two episodes.

Season 2 of PHYSICAL: 100 premiered on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 on Netflix, which released the first four episodes. Three more installments dropped the following Tuesday (March 26), with two episodes debuting on Tuesday, April 2 to close out the season. Returning with 100 new contestants to claim the honor of the ultimate physique, this fiery global competition takes the challenges to new heights. The pre-quest mission, one of speed and endurance, promptly begins. The top contenders pick their opponents for the first quest, which unfolds across three arenas. On Tuesday, April 2, 2024, Netflix released the final two episodes of the second season of PHYSICAL: 100. In the penultimate episode, "A Merciless Punishment," the determined remaining competitors give their all to make it to the top five. Then, in the finale, "1/100," the finalists share stories of their life journeys over a feast. They face their last set of games for the finale, each more demanding than the last.
