On Friday, August 9, 2019 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, Netflix released "Static Cling," a 45-minute reboot special of ROCKO'S MODERN LIFE, directed by Cosmo Segurson. After 20 years in space, Rocko struggles to adjust to life in 21st century O-Town and makes it his mission to get his favorite show back on the air. Rocko has trouble accepting this 21st century modern life, while Heffer and Filburt embrace every aspect of new technology, social media and the endless diversity of food trucks.
