At the hospital, Bill tells Sookie that he’s not the right man for her. Lafayette’s mother makes a break from the hospital and Jesus comes to Lafayette’s house to help get her to come back. Debbie goes to Russell for permission to get her revenge on Sookie. Eric sends a warning to Sookie and makes a deadly move against Russell. Crystal arrives at Jason’s door asking for his help.

Jessica sees a beaver and calls Ray for help when Ronnie and her kids don’t believe her. Ray’s latest client is a woman who doesn’t enjoy having sex, and he tries to change that.

Ari learns that Lizzie, with Amanda’s help, is planning to sue him for wrongful termination, and does everything he can to stop her from going through with it and rescue his ailing marriage at the same time. Turtle finally sleeps with Alex, but it doesn’t go as planned. Turtle films a drunken Vince and Sasha talking about the tequila, forcing Eric, Shauna, and Ari to do damage control.

To help Victoria get sympathy votes so she can compete with Susan Lucci and a dead actress for a Daytime Emmy, Elka starts an internet rumor that Victoria has Flett-Giordano disease. (Flett-Giordano is a co-executive producer of HOT IN CLEVELAND.) Melanie's son Will (Joe Jonas) visits and spends all of his time texting; so Mel answers one of his texts while he's napping. Joy goes to LA for a job doing Brad Pitt's eyebrows, but when she returns to Cleveland, she's looking for more out of life and ends up in therapy.

Burn Notice –"Hard Time" (8/12/10)

Michael interrogates Simon, but he breaks free of his cuffs, tackles Michael out a glass window, tells him to dig up his treasure chest and cuts Michael across the chest. Michael then goes undercover in prison and must survive a prison riot to protect Sam's soon-to-be-released friend. Fiona recovers Simon's box, which contains a tape revealing that Vaughn burned Simon to make room for Michael.

Two North Dakota lottery winners have developed skin rashes where they wear jewelry, and Hank must determine whether it's flesh-eating bacteria or gout. Hank also diagnoses a housekeeper with diverticulitis. Eddie R. returns to throw Evan a surprise birthday party -- three days late -- and Paige gives Evan an expensive watch. When Hank goes to thank Eddie for Evan's party, he sees that Eddie is practicing Boris' signature. Meanwhile, Boris returns from Cuba and confronts Eddie.
