Saturday is historically the busiest day of Comic-con. The exhibit hall floor is like the 405 freeway during rush hour -- nobody moves. Ballroom 20 is once again packed all day and even the smallest panels have lines. However, those lucky fans who braved the crowds at the Hilton Indigo Ballroom discovered some fantastic entertainment with panels for SANCTUARY, BEING HUMAN and COMMUNITY.

Following a performance and Q&A by G4’s ATTACK OF THE SHOW, two stars of Syfy’s SANCTUARY, Amanda Tapping and Robin Dunne, discussed the show’s shocking third season finale with moderator Josh Gates, star of DESTINATION TRUTH.

SANCTUARY is filmed almost entirely on a green screen, with the backgrounds, surroundings and various creatures added in later. Tapping said that working with the green screen limits distractions and helps her focus her performance.

The panelists also gave hints about season four, including an upcoming musical episode and Helen finally getting a love interest -- though Tapping was cagey on whether it would be a man or woman. Tapping is famous for her role in the STARGATE franchise and admitted that she would love to have her former co-stars guest on the show.

Next up: Syfy’s BEING HUMAN defied the show’s serious nature with a hilarious panel. Series stars Sam Witwer, Meaghan Rath and Sam Huntington had a fantastic time making jokes about each other’s on-set antics and past acting jobs.

they watched all three seasons of the original UK series and are now big fans.

Though it’s a remake of a British series, there are a lot of differences between the two. Executive producers Jeremy Carver and Anna Fricke enjoyed having more first season episodes so they could expand on characters’ backstory and relationships

NBC’s COMMUNITY is one of the most unique and absurdly funny shows on TV today. The panel opened with a hysterical video montage rap, promoting the second season DVD release.

Executive producer Dan Harmon said the crew will spend more time outside of school, to make the characters well rounded. He also announced the promotion of Jim Rash to series regular and teased fans about the possibility of another paintball episode. Harmon explained that the second season cliffhanger will be resolved in the first episode of season three and that fans will get a better understanding of why the study group continues to hang out with Pierce.

He also revealed that while there is a four-year finish planned, it’s not set in stone.

On the show’s recent Emmy snubs Harmon said that he will work forever to make sure COMMUNITY gets a nomination, but he joked that he’s glad GLEE is finally getting some recognition and attention.

Though COMMUNITY doesn’t get high ratings, the crowd at Comic-con proved that there is definitely a rabid fan base keeping track of the show’s shenanigans.

With Saturday’s entertainment going into early Sunday morning, the last day of the convention is usually very subdued. However, that won’t be the case this year as GLEE, SUPERNATURAL and DOCTOR WHO all take over Hall H.
