This Sunday night, September 22, 2013 at 5pm PT / 8pm ET on CBS, television celebrates its best and brightest when the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences hands out their golden trophies at the 65th Primetime Emmy Awards, live from the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles.

Hosting the festivities this year is the multi-talented Neil Patrick Harris, who is returning for his second stint as host of the Primetime Emmy telecast. He last hosted in 2009. In an interview with "The Hollywood Reporter," he said "My plan is to not try to out-trick myself. I just want it to be a classy event -- like two-fingers-of-neat-scotch, rather than Tiki-drink-with-an-umbrella classy. We've started to rehearse the choreography numbers, which apparently I have to dance in, and that's freaking me out a little." Harris won't be on stage alone, he'll be aided by a star-studded lineup of presenters.

2013 EMMYS GOVERNORS BALL

At the Governors Ball in the gigantic West Hall of the L.A. Convention Center, 3800 guests will dine under giant trees casting an expansive canopy of foliage extending over 20,000 square feet. Drawing from this year's theme, Enchanted Forest, Joachim Splichal, Chef and Founder of Patina Restaurant Group, has designed a three-course menu for his guests.
