All five major broadcast networks neld their upfront presentations during the week of Sunday, May 11, 2014. Before their presentations to advertisers, the networks revealed their Fall schedules and general plans for midseason, including returning series and new series recently picked up. During June, the networks will announce exact premiere dates.

The 66th Primetime Emmy Awards will air live on Monday, August 25, 2014 at 8pm ET / 5pm PT on NBC, hosted by Seth Meyers. But earlier this morning, Mindy Kaling and Carson Daly announced the nominees. With 19 nominations this year, GAME OF THRONES dethroned AMERICAN HORROR STORY as the most nominated program. (AHS had the most noms in 2012 & 2013.) GOT was followed closely by FARGO with 18 nominations, AHS: COVEN with 17, and both BREAKING BAD and THE NORMAL HEART with 16.
