Using first-person interviews with experts, still photographs and stock footage, CHURCH SECRETS AND LEGENDS is a one-hour series that explores mysterious events at churches around the world. From soaring cathedrals to intimate chapels, sanctuaries of all faiths have provided a a stage for astonishing mysteries, including divine intervention and unholy terror. Each 60-minute episode highlights the mysteries of three different places of worship, including: St. John the Divine, the world's largest cathedral, where sculptures appear to foretell the destructive events of 9/11; the true story of the Salem Witch Trials; the Grand Mosque of Paris, which secretly protected Jews from Nazi terror; and much more.
