Plot Synopsis

Wildlife specialist and relocation expert Matt Wright, who was raised in the Australian Outback, tracks down unruly crocodiles, wrestles wild bulls and wrangles deadly snakes so he can relocate renegade animals to places more suitable for the creatures, making it safer for the people around them. Whether he's dropping from a helicopter, rappelling the face of a cliff or wading through croc-infested waters, Wright seemingly puts his own safety at risk to help the welfare of others. On Friday, January 13, 2017 from 8-9pm ET/PT, OUTBACK WRANGLER returned for a new season, as Nat Geo Wild premiered back-to-back new episodes. In the season opener (8pm), "Big Croc," fisherman report a large crocodile menacing them down on the river. Then, in the night's second new episode (8:30pm), "Invasion of the Salties," Matt helps relocate problem crocodiles from a friend's land; the relocation becomes urgent when two dogs go into the dam and only one come out.

Season 3 of this series, now titled MONSTER CROC WRANGLER, premiered on Nat Geo Wild on Sunday, January 7, 2018 from 10-11pm ET/PT. In Season 3, every episode sees Matt Wright and his mates Jono and Wilo catch at least one monster croc. In the season opener (10pm), "To Catch a Giant," Matt responds to a call about a possible sighting of a legendary crocodile. Then, in the night's second new episode (10:30pm), "Croc at the Door," Matt receives a call from a couple who own a ranch alongside a major crocodile-infested river.
