Plot Synopsis
Based on Tony Kushner's Tony and Pulizer Prize winning play. In 1985 New York, a gay man with AIDS is abandoned by his lover who is unable to cope with his illness. This guilt ridden boyfriend soon hooks up with a closeted gay Mormon lawyer who is married to a disturbed, pill-popping wife. Into their lives come historical, mythological and spiritual figures that force them to confront their existence on earth.
