Plot Synopsis
Based on the epic poem by Homer. The Ithacan monarch Odysseus leaves his wife Penelope and his young son to fight in the Trojan war. He promises to return, but it takes 20 years before they are reunited...the wandering king encounters a man-eating Cyclops, the sorceress Circe, and the six-headed Scylla. In order to get home he must appease the gods by visiting Hades and finding the prophet Tiresias. Upon his return to Ithaca he must confront the villains who have been pursuing his wife.
