Plot Synopsis

Based the novel by Gigi Levangie Grazer. The privileged wife of an ambitious, powerful movie studio executive finds her charmed life turned up-side-down when her husband of ten years informs he wants a divorce. Her social status is instantly transformed from "Wife of" to "Starter Wife"-- decided step down, if not out-in the Hollywood pecking order. A social pariah, all hope seems lost until a friend comes to the rescue with an invitation to stay at her beach house for the summer in Malibu Colony, one of the most private playgrounds of Hollywood's elite.
