Plot Synopsis
Based on the 1978 novel by Stephen King. A government biological warfare experiment goes haywire causing a deadly virus to be released into the American population, killing all but a select group of individuals. Haunted by dreams of either a devout old women or a sinister ''apostate of hell'' the survivors follow their visions which ultimately lead them to confront the forces of good and evil and a cataclysmic battle for the human race.
