Plot Synopsis
The director of the National Crisis Management Center, a covert intelligence unit, is given the mandate to downsize the organization. During his first day on the job, disaffected KGB officers hijack three nuclear warheads in the Ukraine. The Op center team must find the weapons before they are sold to Mideast terrorists.
