Plot Synopsis
Fearing that his boozing ex-wife and her low-life boyfriend are abusing and neglecting his infant daughter, a concerned father is forced to kidnap his baby when legal channels fail to resolve the problem. He goes underground and hits the road trying to establish a new life but is eventually tracked down by a dogged FBI agent. He is brought to trial but found not guilty when the jury is made to understand his desperate situation.
