Plot Synopsis
In 1927 Virginia, an unwed, mentally handicapped woman is involved in the landmark Supreme Court decision legalizing forced sterilization of feeble-minded woman. A young female law student fights against a prominent physician and a politically motivated attorney in order to help the disadvantaged young women stand up for her rights.
