Plot Synopsis

After narrowly escaping the wrath of multiple monstrous tornadoes, a small town farmer, Judd Walker, and his teenage daughter, Kelly, discover that a strange radio signal is connected to the series of uncategorized weather events. Teaming up with storm chaser Gail Curtis, they run afoul of Agent Armstrong, a mysterious "man in black," and learn that the signal may be of extraterrestrial origin. On the run from the government agents who will stop at nothing to keep them quiet, they learn that a wave of alien-controlled tornadoes is about to decimate Chicago; together they race against time to stop the impending disaster.
