Plot Synopsis
In the year 2050, the Earth must rely on mineral-rich deposits that lie under the ocean. When an American company, working on a undersea mining operation, rescues the lone survivor of a mysteriously wiped-out Russian mining rig, more than just a human being is brought on board. They soon find themselves confronted with a two million-year old ''vampire bug'' from outer space.
