Plot Synopsis
A broke grad student studing psycholdy at UCLA lands a job managing a dingy Apartment building in excange for his rent. The complex is comprised of oddballs and neurotics. When he finds the dead body of the previous super near the pool, he soon realizes that he is living in the building from hell when he becomes the prime suspect. As he attempts to prove his innocence, weird occurrences abound.
