Plot Synopsis

Based on the series of crime novels by Charlaine Harris and the ninth movie in the Hallmark Movies & Mysteries "Aurora Teagarden" Mystery Movie franchise. Crime-solving librarian Aurora Teagarden leaps headfirst into Lawrenceton's latest murder investigation when her nephew Phillip and his college roommate go missing after the roommate's girlfriend is found dead. She soon enlists the help of her Real Murders Club pals, and the handsome college professor Nick Miller who just moved in across the street from her. Before the last piece of the puzzle falls into place, Aurora and her band of unlikely detectives uncover lies, lies and more lies on every front. They also uncover a kidnapping plot gone awry, the tragic death of an innocent bystander, and an attempted cover up that will break up a once-happy family who once had everything to look forward to.
