Plot Synopsis
Based on the novel ''Harvey Potter's Balloon Farm'' by Jerdine Nolen. A farming community suffers from a seemingly endless drought and all are faced with foreclosure unless they get some rain. A mysterious stranger comes to town and begins to grow balloons. A young girl discovers they are magical and before the townsfolk have to sell their farms... it miraculously begins to rain.
