Plot Synopsis

Based on the 1999 one-act play by William Mastrosimone. A bright but alienated high-school student is considered ''at risk'' of violence by school authorities for having made a bomb threat against the football team the year before. Although a concerned drama teacher tries to help, the jocks continue their torment. He is soon befriended by a subversive group of anarchic outsiders, who begin to challenge the jocks. Their increasingly dangerous pranks and a plan to stage a massacre in the cafeteria force the troubled teen to confront the consequences of violence and the true meaning of friendship.
