Plot Synopsis
Based on the book by Bryan Burrough and John Helyar. In 1988 businessman and CEO F. Ross Johnson sets off a major bidding war for R.J.R. Nabisco when he decides to buy the company. Fighting to gain control of his corporation against leverage-buyout tycoon Henry Kravis he ultimately sets up the largest corporate takeover in Wall Street history.
