Plot Synopsis

While King Maximilian lies on his deathbed, there is competition as to who will be his successor on the throne. Count Rudolph decides that he will win the crown by capturing the feared Beast of the Forest. Beautiful young villager Belle befriends the Beast after he saves her from a wolf attack in the forest. The Beast has grown up in the forest and is an expert hunter with a crossbow. They form an unlikely relationship once she uncovers his soft heart. Meanwhile, Maximilian's spurned ex-lover, Sorceress Helen, creates a murderous troll to do her bidding for what she believes is her rightful place on the throne. To create fear among the townspeople, Helen joins forces with Count Rudolph as they turn the killer troll onto the villagers and blame the Beast for the killings. Their malicious plan is for Rudolph to capture the Beast so that he is hailed a hero and can become King with Helen as his Queen. What they don't count on is the growing threat of Belle and Beast who team up to combat their evil intentions.
