Plot Synopsis

Based on the book by Jo-Ann Mapson. After divorcing her philandering husband, a middle aged woman moves to Arizona to be near her estranged son, who attends a school for the deaf. The boy blames his mother for the accident that caused his hearing loss. She meets and falls for a neighbor, a rodeo cowboy with a mysterious past. All three struggle to form some sort of relationship until the teenager uncovers the cowboy's a wanted man.
