Plot Synopsis

Libba Phillips was always the responsible, older sister. When her younger sister Ashley moves to California to live with Libba, things go well at first but then things began to fall apart for Ashley. She starts drinking and takes a job working as a stripper. The friction between the sisters leads to Ashley moving out and returning to be with her parents. And then one day Ashley vanishes without a trace. Frustrated by the lack of resources afforded to finding missing adults, Libba quits her job and establishes an organization called "Outpost for Hope," that helps families with missing loved ones. She then embarks on a cross-country trek to find her missing sister.
