Plot Synopsis
An affluent husband and wife face emotional uncertainty when they try to adopt a toddler from a shady homeless couple. It is soon discovered that the indigent duo have a history of promising their babies to different couples at the same time, in order to extract cash from the desperate parents to-be. Unwilling to be pawns in their scheme, the adoptive mother fights to keep custody of her new daughter.
