Plot Synopsis

Sophie Anderson is an attorney who is at the top of her game. She is smart, charming and, despite pressures, she controls every situation. Her career is on the rise, though her ambition has caused the end of her marriage. In the middle of the biggest court case of her life against a large pharmaceutical company, she begins to unravel when her mentor and boss, Bruce, is abducted. The kidnappers tell her if she ever wants to see Bruce alive again, she will grab certain files from the office and meet them. If she goes to the police, or talks to anyone, Bruce will be killed. While trying to keep the case moving, she tries to find her boss with the help of her ex, a cop who risks his badge to help the woman he still loves.
