Plot Synopsis

Based on the short story by Oscar Wilde. While on sabbatical in England, an American physicist and his family rent a castle which is commonly known to be haunted. The ghost soon appears to the visiting teenage daughter; it seems his soul is trapped because he killed his beloved wife in a jealous rage triggered by false information. She realizes she can fulfill the age old prophecy bestowed on the house, setting his spirit free-- bringing peach and harmony to the manor.
