Plot Synopsis

A young woman returns to her hometown after being abducted 17 years earlier. Her childhood sweetheart and her mother are delighted , but her father doubts the woman is really his daughter. The police want more information than she can remember, her messed-up memories-- blamed on torture by her kidnapper. Her boyfriend eventually uncovers the truth that his girlfriend was murdered and that this poor confused woman has taken on her identity after she escaped from the serial kidnapper.
