Plot Synopsis

When their father's business partnership goes bankrupt, two affluent and popular high school sweethearts plot to uphold their wealth and status. On a weekend getaway with friends they scheme to murder the oddball of the party who has discovered he has has won the lottery. Out of intense love for his girlfriend, he pushes the boy over a steep cliff and steals his winning ticket. But their "perfect murder" is soon suspect when another friend makes an unexpected visit and soon uncovers the truth. The young couple eventually meet an untimely end in a fiery car crash while fleeing from the police.
