Plot Synopsis
The story of Gabrielle "Coco" Chanel the the celebrated, strong-willed haute couture giant. From humble beginnings and with a burning desire to make something of herself, Coco becomes an apprentice to a dressmaker in 1912, Paris. She moves on to open her own shop and with her revolutionary designs she soon becomes a fashion icon. Although a lifelong series of doomed love relationships, bad business decisions and changing styles, Channel endured and to this day, according to Time Magazine, remains one of the most influential people of the 20th century.
