Plot Synopsis
A New York architect moves into an upscale housing complex in Los Angeles, and soon finds himself involved in a murder. When a young drug dealer is brutally slain, he tries to help the dead guy's sister solve the case. When he becomes a suspect himself, he begins spying on his neighbors and accidentally discovers that one of them is the murderer.
