Plot Synopsis

In a small Michigan town obsessed with their championship women's high school basketball team a young assistant coach feels the pressure when she takes over after the head coach suffers a heart attack. The demanding parents are more competitive then the kids and after a few losses, one game erupts into violence after a spat between rival groups of parents boils over into a parking lot brawl. Disgusted by the parents and townsfolks actions and with her job on the line the coach must overcome the controversy and teach her team to play basketball and not politics.
