Plot Synopsis
Pop icon and star of the 1970's series the Partridge Family, David Cassidy tries to create his own identity as his public persona is controlled by others. He struggles to win the love of his alcoholic actor father who became jealous of his success. Although selling 25 million records, his career goes on the skids when he leaves the show and tries to change his wholesome image.
