Plot Synopsis
Based on the book by Michael D'Antonio. In 1960s Bogalusa, Louisiana a group of black men, tired of being passive and participating in ''sit -ins'', arm themselves with heavy artillery and organize their neighbors to fight against the Ku Klux Klan. This black militia group soon becomes a focal point in the civil rights movement.
