Plot Synopsis

An a small town young woman ,who yearns for a fairy tale romance, meets and sleeps with the guy of her dreams--little suspecting he is engaged to marry someone else. She becomes totally obsessed with her ongoing fantasy affair that when her lover's new wife is found savagely murdered she becomes the prime suspect. She steadfastly maintains her innocence and hires a famed feminist lawyer to defend her. Gradually further testimony brings to light another sequence of events on the night of the murder--and with it a startling new possibility of about the murderer's identity.
